Charlotte Foreclosure Homes continue to be a hot commodity! The greater Charlotte Real Estate Market continues to sell, albeit more slowly than 2007. For example, over 1500 single family homes sold in the greater Charlotte region in August. Of those homes that closed, 1/3 were foreclosures and distressed sales! This ratio reflects the demand but also that the banks are selling their inventory of homes. The ratio was similar for July Homes sold.
