Chalotte Foreclosures continue to fuel the Charlotte Real Estate Market

Charlotte Foreclosures continue to trickle in and remain a great deal.  The Charlotte Real Estate Foreclosure market is continuing to change.  Foreclosures have historically been homes that were poorly maintained and in disrepair.  In addition, many of the foreclosure homes were vandalized by the angry owners.  Much of this has changed.

More of the foreclosures are in great shape!  There are several reasons for this.  Many of the original foreclosures were rentals and very high risk loans.  The residents were renters and did not care or new home owners that were in way over their heads.  This is not to disparage all high risk loans nor all renters but many of the foreclosures were these situations.

Now many people need to sell their homes as people normally do.  There are job transfers, financial distress due to the current economy, relationship issues and many other "normal" life situations that drive home sales.  The problem is we, as a nation, tapped into any perceived equity and now have negative equity in our homes.  People are now leaving their homes with class.  They understand that they can not afford to pay their mortgage and must leave.  But they are now leaving with class. 

Unfortunately for the lenders, the national real estate market is still depressed and they must discount the Charlotte Homes for Sale in order to sell.  No one is willing to pay market value for a foreclosed home (at least not the market value of a few years ago).  This amounts to great deals in Charlotte Foreclosures.  I can not promise a set reduced percentage because it varies with each home and each neighborhood.  The discount is based on demand.  With weak housing demand coupled with more stringent lending regulations, there are great deals to be discovered!

Call today and begin looking at some of these great Bank Owned homes.  The Charlotte Foreclosure market is a better deal than ever before!  The only thing that is certain is that many people across the nation will eventually relocate to Charlotte (when the national economy recovers).  Today is the day to take advantage of Charlotte Foreclosure homes.
