Charlotte Real Estate Market: New Homes or Pre-existing Homes

When searching Charlotte Real Estate, you need to consider both new construction or a pre-existing home.  A new home has benefits but we first must be certain we are comparing homes fairly.  The Charlotte builders that survived the economic down turn had to reevaluate their business model.  The market/demand has changed and and the builders adjusted their products.  I have seen some simply eliminate their larger homes and others have reduced features.  The reduced features are a fact to carefully consider.  For example, I have seen some Charlotte Builders reduce the amount of electrical costs.  In bedrooms, I have seen builders stop wiring for a ceiling fan unless it was specifically ordered in addition to only having a ceiling light or a switched outlet.  This is a minor change but consider that the new homes at a reduced priced is likely to have reduced features.

It is often a better deal to purchase a Charlotte resale home may likely be the best possible deal.  Yes, we will naturally compare the price and the home value.  The Charlotte Homes that were built in the 2005-2007 era are often better in quality if the home is priced aggressively.

Ultimately we will consider all options for your Charlotte home.  I have recently found ideal new Charlotte Homes, perfect Charlotte Foreclosures in addition perfect resale Charlotte Homes.  Each person is different and every family has different needs.  Give me  call today and we will find that ideal Charlotte Real Estate that you were hoping to find.
