When you purchase a Charlotte Home for Sale, a typical Home Inspection will cost the buyer about $400 but here are some less expensive home inspectors for about $250. What are you saving?
A good home inspection is a must! You need to discover as much that is wrong with the Charlotte Home PRIOR to your closing! There is a very good chance that a discounted home inspector is reasonably new and trying to build up the business. I am all for giving a new person opportunity but at what cost? A Home is a HUGE investment and using your home for the learning curve is simply not what I recommend. I have seen several home inspectors lately that scare me.
