Over the past 3 years, the greater Weddington area has added Marvin Ridge High School in addition to the brand new Cuthbertson High School. People were concerned about these new schools but quickly realized that 1 great school divided by 3 made 3 great schools.
Weddington Real Estate continues to be in great demand and offers a unique environment. It offers a rural life style, very close to Ballantyne/South Charlotte dining and entertainment, great schools and lower property taxes. It is a great place to call home.
