Charlotte Foreclosure Neighborhoods

Everyone continues looking for a great deal when buying a home.  Nationally, the best deals are in one of two spots; in either overheated over priced) markets or extremely depressed markets.  You can get deep discounts in Phoenix, Vegas or Florida on one extreme and great deals in places like Detroit.  The super inflated markets still have many additional burdens even though the prices are more reasonable now.  The large north eastern cities have been declining for decades and people left for a reason.

Charlotte Real Estate Foreclosures are somewhat similar.  Our "depressed area" are the new neighborhoods built in the early 2000's.  Search for the least expensive homes in any area and you will find sub prime loans, short sales and foreclosures.  Yes you can find discounted Charlotte Homes in these neighborhoods but you will also find that the market values have been on a steady decline for years.  Many sub prime home owners were not financially ready to buy a home.  The Government should have had financial training to help sub-primes borrows to actually learn and earn money for their homes; not force the lenders to make the high risk loans.

The other sector with great deals on Charlotte NC Foreclosures are the Charlotte million dollar homes.  These buyers are not buying anything right now.  They are waiting for the punishment to be handled down from the Federal Government before they can possibly determine what future expenditures their business can sustain.
