Charlotte Real Estate Charleston Style Homes

Charlotte real Estate has a wide variety of Charlotte NC Homes for Sale.  One popular aspect is the Charleston style home.  The Charleston style home resembles the classic southern style of architecture with covered porches with ceiling fans, warm pastel colors and each home with its own unique features.  There are several examples and Charlotte builders of these types of homes and neighborhoods.

Saussy Burbank created both Birkdale Village in Huntersville.  Homes in Birkdale Village enjoy a fantastic community shopping center.  There is a park with "dancing fountains", shopping restaurants, a huge movie theater and much more.  Birkdale Village is often consider the center of Huntersville Real Estate.  Based on the success of Birkdale Village, Saussy Burbank built Baxter Village south of Charlotte in Baxter Village.

Baxter Village is conveniently located in Fort Mill SC Real Estate just off of I-77.  Baxter Village homes are typically a little larger than the homes in Birkdale and share many of the same community features.  Shopping in the community and around Baxter continues to grow and you will rarely need to leave your immediate neighborhood for your basic needs.  Baxter Village and Fort Mill has the additional benefits of great Fort Mill Schools and SC property taxes.  South Carolina Real Estate property taxes are almost 1/2 of the property taxes of North Carolina property taxes.  Call and I can explain how and why.

Baxter Village Homes is a step up from Birkdale Village, Ardrey is the next subdivision to consider.  Ardrey resembles Baxter on Steroids!  Ardrey is built by the Cunnane Group and this neighborhood looks too good to be true.  Each home is loaded with character and radiates perfection.  The Ardrey subdivision is located in South Charlotte Real Estate also known as the greater Ballantyne area.  You have great South Charlotte schools and convenient to a huge variety of shopping and restaurants.  I live in South Charlotte and it is difficult to keep up with the continual expansion of new restaurants.  It is incredible!  Ardrey is almost completely built up and is incredible.

The Cunnane group took their success and began the Springfield subdivision in Fort Mill SC.  The Springfield subdivision is located Fort Mill SC.  Springfield has a golf course in the community and offers a variety of awe inspiring custom homes along with the traditional Charleston style homes within the community.  This development is located across the street from the Anne Springs Close Greenway.  This subdivision is still in its infancy but far enough along that you can already feel the character and allure of these Fort Mill homes.

John Wieland is also building a new Charleston style community in the greater Charlotte Real Estate region.  The McCollough subdivision is just beginning but is destined for success.  John Wieland communities are the standard bearer for quality and success.  The traditional architecture is unique in Charlotte for John Wieland but his reputation for quality construction and neighborhood development is beyond compare.  John Weiland communities are always constructed with the home buyer in mind; when you arrive home, you will not want to leave your community.  Each of his neighborhoods is designed in a park like setting with perfectly planned amenity centers.  There is an abundance of recreational facilities which is ideal for families and socializing.

Suassy Burbank recently purchased another small development is South Charlotte neighboring the Cunnane Groups Ardrey subdivision called Ardrey Crest.  This subdivsion also enjoys the luxuries of South Charlotte shopping, restaurants and schools.  It is another subdivision that you must consider when seeking the traditional southern architecture within Charlotte Real Estate.
