Indian Land Real Estate - Ballantyne's Southern Neighbor

Indian land SC homes have already expanded dramatically as the over flow of Ballantyne continues.  Indian Land is in South Carolina as you travel south on Johnston Rd (US 521).  Indian Land is in Lancaster County and the commercial building in the area is in its early stages.  The most recent store opening was the Lowes Home Improvement store at US 521 and SC 160.  There will be more stores accompanying Lowes in that shopping center soon.

There has a lot of talk about a Walmart coming to the area.  Walmart was said to own several large parcels of land in and around Indian Land South Carolina.  One of the locations was just across the state line on the western side.  The land has been recently surveyed and some of the land has been cleared.  This project has been on the works for several years and I am sure the developers want this project accelerated.

Another portion of Indian land experiencing the boom is at the Del Webb Retirement community Carolina Lakes.  The new Harris Teeter opened several months ago along with a Wendy's a CVS and now a Walgreens is nearing completion.  There is also a medical facility that just opened.

Take a drive throguh Indian Land and you will immediately feel the excitement.  The small unincorporated town in South Carolina will grow more impressive by the day.  Come join the excitement.
