My experience working with Rick Waite from Remax couldn't of been any better.  He not only helped us to find my Dream home but he helped me find an excellent Mortgage Broker to work with.  My husband and I were completely clueless on what we were doing and Rick walked us through each and every step of the way.  My husband found a GREAT paying job the same weekend we went to NC to close on our new home.  Moving from NY to NC was a scary thing for us, but with the help of Rick, he made it much more relaxing and fun and it was the best decision we have ever made.  My husband will actually be making more money in NC then he was in NY and we will be living beautiful.  One of our biggest reasons for relocating to NC from NY was because we have 4 kids and want them to have a good future.  Living in NY, we couldn't afford a house, how could we expect them to be able to afford one years later.  This move was the best not only for my husband and I but for the future of our children.
