Location, Location, Location: The retail development all around Southampton has exploded since 2005.  There are now retail stores and restaurants at the opposite corner of Ardrey Kell and Marvin Rd in addition to at Johnston and Ardrey Kell with the Harris Teeter grocery store/shopping center.  The new Elon Elementary school, the newest Mecklenburg County park (521 Recreational Center), a fitness center and sports complex are all within a mile of your new Southampton Home.
