Price Mill is a small private subdivision with slightly over 80 homes.  The vast majority of homes in Price Mill are full brick and the lots range from about .4 to .5 acres.  There is one entrance and exit into the community so you can be assured of privacy and security.   The first homes were constructed in Price Mill in 2000 and the last homes were completed in 2004. There were a variety of builders within the Price Mill Subdivision primarily by Parker Lancaster & Orleans and James Custom Homes.  You can be assured of a nice variety of architecture but consistency to assure you realize you are part of a community!
