Mint Hill offers a rural life style and has some great golf communities within the town.  One is Olde Sycamore.  Olde Sycamore offers a great community with tree lines streets and a welcomed retreat.  The semi-private Olde Sycamore Golf course  is within the community and offers great recreation and relaxation.

Brighton Park is another large development but offers a newer community with prices ranging from the high 100's to the lower 200's.  There are single family homes built by MI and David Weekly.  There are also fantastic townhomes built by Lennar.  There is a commercial district being constructed within the community so that you do not need to travel far for all of your basic essentials.  It is all in the neighborhood.

There are many other great developments including Plantation Falls Estates (homes on lots from .7 acres), Pleasant Valley, Davis Trace and more.  We are worth the visit.

What plans are there for Mint Hill?  There is a new Mint Hill Presbyterian Hospital with 50 beds scheduled for construction this year.  The hospital will be conveniently located on the Albemarle Road interchange at Interstate 485.  The hospital will be completed in 2009. 

Shopping?  There is a new mall, The Bridges at Mint Hill will be located on Lawyers Rd and I-485.  This is scheduled to be opening in 2007.
